Kibale Forest National Park is situated in the western part of Uganda, it is one of the few remaining tropical rain forests of Uganda, gazette in 1993 as a way of protecting primates that live here, when someone thinks of primates of Uganda, their first thought goes to the forest, 13 species are present notable for the chimpanzee, our 3 days to the national park will take you to experience the Kibale forest at large, track the famous chimpanzee the tour begins and ends at the Entebbe international airport.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
On this day, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will meet greet and transfer you to the home of the chimpanzee, the resident species that is popular for primates to visit in the country shares a close relationship with humans, there are about 13 species that call this home but it is notable for the Chimpanzee, the scenic drive to the conservation area takes approximately +/-6 hours drive to the national park arriving in time for a hot lunch and an afternoon relaxation at the camp. Dinner and staying overnight.
Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking and afternoon Bigodi swamp walk.
Morning breakfast and transfer to the Kayanchu park headquarters for a briefing from the park rangers, a group of 6 people will be guided into the forest per Chimpanzee family, the activity takes 2-3 hours, chimpanzees are messy eaters and are known for their loud charter noise, this makes it easier for them to be tracked, an hour is allowed while with the primates, returning to meet your guide for lunch and an afternoon Bigodi Swamp walk, the sanctuary is home to many birds species highlight of the great blue turaco, other primates like the olive baboons, vervet monkeys, blue monkeys to mention few dinners and staying overnight at the lodge that has been booked for your dinner and staying overnight
Day 3; Departure.
Following a relaxed morning breakfast, we will be transferred to the Entebbe International Airport for your international flight.
